A lady patient around 50 year with known hypertension since last 10 years on medication. She has taken amlodipine 5 mg and telmisartan 40 mg last night. Suddenly in the early morning, she started feeling uneasiness with hot flushing and little chest pain. Pulse 100/min, Blood pressure is 180/110 mmHg.

No other significant past history. What course of action one should take? Kindly give your opinion.
