Hello, doctors please advice the treatment approach for an economically very poor, 22-year female patient with hyperthyroidism, t3 240+ and t4 18+ and TSH levels <.0004 the patient is also having high levels of FSH and LH in menopausal range. The patient had the history of some unknown medicine intake for increasing height that caused amenorrhoea and other hormonal changes.

What treatment should be given?
