A 55 years old patient, first time diagnosed with Tuberculosis and started Rifa, iso, pza, had Hemoptysis in between treated with Tranexamic acid 500 mg TDS for five days. But after fifteen days, he c/o papular rash on both sides of neck only, no other area involved.
