53 year old male admitted in icu on 11 -11 -2014 still in icu , h/o wound on palmer surface 3 cm long cut near thumb in right hand 7 day ago before admitted in hospital ,CHRONIC ALCOHOLIC , k/c/o DIABETES .. diagnosed TETANUS .Given CPR on very next day evening after admitted revived Within 3 mnts then diagnosed HYPOXIC ENCEPHALOPATHY .spasm stop after 8 week.EEG report on 4 -1-2015 suggest DIFFUSE CEREBRAL DYSFUNCTION.

MRI report Abnormal T1 hyperintensity in bilateral basalganglia  An evidence of dilation of ventricular system with prominence of basal cisterns, sulci and cerebellar folia suggestive of cerebral and atrophic changes,  Now spontaneous eye opening present,,blinking Pain stimuli eye opening present +, On verbal command eye opening present , tone n power grade 1..... No other neurological improvement seen.....next step ??????
