My some old pt. c/o increased frequancy of urine, frequent urge to pass urine or unable to hold urine. Their routine investigations comes out to be normal like blood glucose, complete urine exam., RFT, USG reports etc.

No other relevant history regarding genitourinary system are there. what will be the diagnose & treatment of such pt. Is it due to weakness of Detrusar muscles of bladder?
