A 30-year-old female, c/o fever and cough from 45 days, with sudden giddiness, weakness, dyspnoea on walking, her skin become darker than previous, not responding to treatment given at various places, CBC, urine, widal test, malaria, tests are normal. All tests done twice. Only X-RAY CHEST PA VIEW shows BILATERAL Hilar shadows made up of infiltration and BILATERAL lower lungs are hazy.
Lost 3.5 kg wt also. Please look at X-RAYs of November and of today and suggest treatment. No other lymph nodes, liver, spleen are enlarged.
