This patient of pelvic inflammatory disease was advised M T AND ESR. After 48 hours M T. was Negative ( NO INDURATION SEEN) AND ESR 15MM.

After 72 hours, MT Started induration and redress, and after 10days, it's still red, indurated not getting resolved, size today is 15>< 12mm,  like BCG in Children. What is this phenomenon?
