In a complaint of a husband against doctors stated that he brought his wife to a government hospital for delivery as his wife was in labor pains. Doctors after examination advised for a cesarean section but, next day performed the vaginal delivery. Doctors referred newborn baby to higher center as her breathing was not normal but in the higher center, doctors declared child brought dead. By evening, his wife also died. He filed the complaint against the doctor and blamed him for the death of his wife and child.
