Many diagnostic laboratories are processing sample for detection of HIV Ab or Ag. These laboratories are run by DMLT people. If report comes positive or negative(whatever may be the results), can they sign the reports.

Who can sign the report of HIV- only medical graduates or postgraduates or  MSC, Med microbiology or PhD people med microbiology? Please share the standard protocol.
