In our Anatomy Department Mr. X have 5 years experiance as Associate professor and Miss Y have 6 years experieance as Associate professor. In short Miss Y is senior to Mr. X but Miss Y had not a enough research papers but whatever she had research papers were completely plagiarism (copied) . So as per Mandetory criteria of MCI required for 4 research papers for professor?
Since one and half years pinky not publish original another research papers. So whom will be given the Promotion ? Mr. X Or Miss Y?
