To sum up few of them, no tag of a doctor before their name, no writing of clinic/ hospitals on signboards rather will write First Aid Center. Can not give an injection, conduct deliveries, and abortion. No ayurvedic, homeopathic and Unani graduate can prescribe allopathic medicines. Even if these guidelines have complied in toto, it will not be possible to curb quackery.
The reason being ayurvedic and homeopathic graduates are working in place of MBBS doctors in private hospitals and nursing homes. My viewpoint is, the government has to frame guidelines for appointment of an allopathic medical officer there, only then can be some hope of curbing quackery. What Is your opinion? Kindly share.
