Now the NDA Government decided to increase the age limit of retirement. Possibly it would retain doctors working in services. I am afraid such step would increase only the mediocre remain in the public sector.
It might help only to avoid complications in accreditation and recognition. Will this decision increase the retention of doctors in the public sector?
