A 45-year-old woman from Changanassery died after developing complications during hand liposuction surgery at a private cosmetic-care facility in Thiruvalla. The family has alleged medical negligence and raised concerns about the facility's emergency and life-saving capabilities, while the facility has maintained that the deterioration resulted from a cardiac complication during the procedure.
