A male pt age 50 suffering from Xdr Tb not responding to protocol treatment. No worsening on X rays and hrct but sputum and culture positive for Tb bacilli.
General condition remains the same .cyclo serine and levoflox sensitive but despite giving that Tb bacilli shows on culture despite treated over 1 yr with these drugs.what to do?
