A patient admitted in Medical ICU with multi organ involvement , placed on assisted ventilation with uncertain prognosis at this early stage! Attendants of the patient dissatisfied with paramedics especially duty nurse , slap her and create an ugly scene in critical area. Once situation brought under control, they refuse to even apologize! At the same time they don't want to shift the case to any other Hospital.
Administration can not discharge such a critical patient despite resentment among the Nursing staff of the hospital putting Administration in a peculiar situation ! What should be the correct approach in this case pacifying everyone with dignity and right message? Kindly share your valuable views!
