A 55-year-old diabetic male patient, referred from another hospital with a diagnosis of 3 day old Acute calculous cholecystitis was on clopitab with mild anemia (9g/dl) & controlled sugars. On 6th day (again 3 days I treated) he settled clinically & biochemically from Cholecystitis.

Work up for anemia done with endoscopy, Fobt, iron & peripheral smear studies which showed nutrition related anemia. When is the ideal time to intervene for Lap cholecystectomy?
