Recently, I treated a patient who was in critical condition, who did not make it. My seniors supported my prognosis and the treatment method that I had followed for this patient. However, when I broke this news to her relatives, they started verbally abusing me.

How can I take legal action against them? Should I follow any procedure in the future to minimize this kind of behaviour?
