Patient aged 29 yrs , P2L2 , last Caesarean done 8 yrs back came with sudden pricking pain in lower abdomen only while trying to sit or getting up  . While walking and lying down no pain  . Patient thought it could be her  copper T , so I removed the first day itself. Gave her course of tab oflox 5 days. And pain killers.

On USG and PV all normal. Just somewhere in anterior fornix , patient couldn't specify where exactly. What else to be done?
