It is a big challenge to doctors nowadays. We should be legally competent along with professional skills ....sometimes doctors are treating patients out of their specialities ..sometimes to earn more money doctors don't refer patient to higher centres despite knowing that everything is not going fine..so such a type of malpractice makes them susceptible to face such compensation paying situation ....in some cases patient relatives takes benefit of such malpractices .....
