11 yr old boy with severe constipation,rectal prolape and marked weakness,how i digged the history and diagnosed.

This non vegetarian boy presented almost 1 yr back  with severe pain abdomen.I watched the boy while enterimg my room with very pathetic face,short gaits,drooped shoulders.Hyperpigmentation around the eyes and mouth,dull,pale ,slaty gray face.I exclaimed this boy is so severly anemic.Father surprisingly got up and lamneted that for last 5 yrs he hasnt left any topmost pediatrician in Ranchi but no one pointed out about anemia.I examined and almost confirmed clinically Hb must be 6-7 gm %.His RIF was very tender. no mass,no hsm,vitals were normal along with BP.Ht was 126  cm and wt 25kg. Father before exam had requested not to prescribe norflox,oflox,ciplox,metro,tinida,ornidazole and any antiworm as he these are the only medicines prescribed for last 5 yrs but of no benefit.

Chief complains were 1.Severe abdominal pain for last 5 yrs. 2.Not growing in height and weight for last 5 yrs,…
