Furesemide tab/injection is an life saving medicine meant for emergency to induce forced diuresis, to decrease the cardiac preloaded in cardiac failure. Forced diuresis will lead to renal trauma. Furesemide should be reserved or used in emergencies, hospitals or in ambulances after confirmation of cardiac failure only. Long duration use of Furesemide should also be banned.
