This 2 month old male baby, born to nonconsanguineous parents by LSCS, with good APGARS, started having these jerky movements involving legs and upper limb from 2 weeks of life. Sometimes the jerky movements are seen in the chin. No evidence of LOC or upward rolling of eyes or ALTE at the moment of Jerks. Thriving well.

No family history of Seizures. Serum calcium 9 mg/dl. What is the Differential diagnosis?
