A male patient aged 22 years, normal built, is diagnosed to have hypertension since two months. He has headache. No renal artery stenosis. Euglycemic.Normal cortisol level. Urea creatinine wnl, . Hb - 16.2, eosinophil - 9.9, calcium - 12.9, potassium is reduced 3.1, chloride -119. Sodium - normal level.
Cortisol also normal level. So young hypertensive, with raised hg and calcium, reduced potassium and altered chloride level,. Ultrasonogram abdomen didnt find any abnormality. Is there any possible etiology for possibility of secondary HTN? Kindly share your opinions please. lab values are reliable.
