WHO ranks CVDs as a number one global killer. Cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) that include disorders of the heart and blood vessels and include coronary heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, rheumatic heart disease and other conditions. Over 3/4 th of CVD deaths take place in low- and middle-income countries, India being one of the contributors.

On this World Heart Day, let us review the alarming statistics of CVDs around the world. We urge the docplexus community to answer the poll.
