An 11-year-old male who has just returned  from a family trip from Odisha. Soon after he returned to his native place, he developed a severe headache with constant throbbing and also experiencing subjective fever with intermittent sweating especially at night. He was presented to OPD with a worsening headache, bilious emesis, palpitations, and sweats.

Physical Examination Temperature is 103.0°F, pulse is 83 beats/min, blood pressure is 120/70 mm Hg, respiratory rate is 16 breaths/min, and oxygen saturation is 96%. All other physical examination parameters were WNL.
