Election season rounds up with different strategies for encouraging people to vote. But it is the fact that many people in our country are reluctant to vote. Doctors from IMA Meerut have set an example and proven how they play a critical role in encouraging the population to register their right to vote. They are offering 50% off on consultation and 20% off on pathological tests, X-ray and MRI for voters who have cast their vote.
More than 1200 doctors from IMA Meerut have consented on the decision and are willing to impart their services at said costs. The initiative is aimed to encourage voting across the region. Interestingly, the same practice was utilized for 2014 elections and many citizens utilized their right to vote. Source- TOI
