70 yr old pt with hypertension and gout Came with left side neck swelling. FNAC done showed AFB. Pt on AKT 4 for last 21 days. Prior investigation showed normal uric acid and LFT.
For last 15 days pt c/o backache (thoracic and lumbar region. I repeated LFT and uric acid, showed hyperuricemia from 6.8 to 13.7, elevated alkaline phosphatase and GGT. How should I go about it now?
