Mr. X is a 74-year-old alcoholic. He has been in a rehabilitation facility for the past 15 months. Since Mr. X was admitted, he has not had any access to alcohol. Today, during the lunch hour, you notice that Mr. X is having a problem swallowing his food properly. The speech-language pathologist tries to evaluate Mr.
X but fails as he is non-compliant with the orders of the pathologist. The pathologist later raises his voice a little and asks him to sit down, which Mr. X refuses and starts running around the dining area.
