A young girl 16 year old has a Severe Hair fall from one year. She is left with only 25% of her hair. She has daily hair loss and she earlier suffered from dysmenorrhea and after gynecologist visit she precsribe her Novilon tab , Follistem Tab.
and Multi pro powder, and gynecologist prescribe following investigation including Thyroid,USG abdomen,Blood test,Urine test but all test should normal and after 3 month course of follistem and Oil treatment their is no result. What is the treatment for this hair loss? Can I give her Minoxidil or Cyclopropenate acetate?
