A 35 year old Hypertensive male suffers from sudden heart attack . he has never suffered from chest pain in the past. he is a non-smoker and non-drinker, non-diabetic, no family history of CAD. on angiography he is diagnosed to have multiple blockages in coronary arteries- 70% in LAD, 85% in circumflex and 95% in RCA . He is also having a 100% blockage lower down in RCA due to which he had suffered from heart attack.
he stays in hospital for 1 week and then he was discharged. he is still symptomless . he is on currently on following medications- Ramipril 5mg, Metoprolol 50mg, Atorvastatin 10mg, aspirin 75mg and Clopidogrel 75mg . What should be the further treatment modality?
