Case presentation A 4-year-old girl reported to the hospital with a swelling on the palate. According to her parents, the lesion was initially small and had increased in size gradually, causing impaired speech. Systemic examination The child’s built was normal for her age. No relevant dental, medical, or family history was reported.
Intra-oral examination A single swelling was seen at the midline of the palate. The lesion (3x3x2 cm) was soft, reddish pink in color, pedunculated, and lobulated.
