A 38-year-old female presented with complaints of cloudy vision, photophobia, and a red and painful right eye. History The patient is a regular user of disposable soft contact lens Three weeks before her presentation to the clinic, the patient began to develop: 1) Cloudy vision 2) Photophobia 3) Increasingly excruciating pain in the right eye On a pain scale of 1 to 10, the patient has rated her pain as 8. Despite the use of topical antibiotic therapy from her primary medical facility, the pain worsened Medication The patient was on gatifloxacin and tobramycin drops every hour along with cyclopentolate 1% twice a day.
