I have got a 23-year-old lady patient who had two pregnancies with hydrocephalus, one dead born and other died soon after birth. She had both the abortions at 3rd month. Postmortem report of one baby shows normal karyotype with dilated ventricles.

The patient married her maternal uncle. I have asked the karyotype of both partners. What advice should I give to this patient?
