There were a few people into the examination area. I spoke to them and let one attender who wasn't emotional and made others occupy the patient seats. A 12-year-old small boy was on the dental chair. Upon inquiry, they gave details to me. The time of Trauma was 4 p.m. and they came at 7:30 p.m. Left upper central incisor had been avulsed. He had wrapped the tooth in a piece of paper and showed it.
The tooth was previously chipped out and they told he had damaged it before. The trauma history was falling down and breaking 3 teeth (2 lateral incisors and right upper central incisor). There was fresh clot on the avulsed socket area. 2nd molars had not been erupted yet. I was planning to replant the avulsed tooth, suture and give soft splint and plan further.
