A 65-year-old man was presented with painful, non-healing ulcerations on his legs. He was suffering from end-stage renal disease and undergoing haemodialysis since last 5 years. The ulcer on the legs developed without known trauma before two months of his admission (Image attached). Pedal pulses were palpable on both sides.
There were no signs of chronic venous insufficiency. Radiography of the soft tissue revealed diffuse calcified arterioles in a mesh-like pattern (image attached). What is the diagnosis? How to proceed with the treatment?
