Clinical presentation: A 29-year-old woman was presented to the hospital with sudden onset of abdominal pain and bloody diarrhea. Patient history: No significant medical history No allergies No exposure to any infectious disease Investigations and Initial Treatment: Stool culture was performed, and intravenous hydration was provided to the patient. On day 2 of hospitalization, the patient’s urine volume was reduced, and she developed edema.

She was transferred to another hospital, where further diagnostic evaluations were performed.
