A 59 yr old made wt 75, height 5,3", suffering from ch insomnia. Not much relief from antidepressants. Having episodes of mild gen oedema, stiffness of fingers, pedal oedema, dizziness. Loss of libido. Forgetfulness.

Numbness of forearm and fingers after 15 to 20 minutes of flexion at elbows. Also suffering from gas and bloating. Lack of interest, lethargy, malaise. CBC, LFT,KFT, testosterone normal. Slightly deranged lipid profile and on atorvastatin 20 for 2 yrs.
