Presenting complaints: A 35-year-old man presented with complaints of facial pain in the left maxillary and mandibular regions. He described the pain as similar to an electric shock with a trigger point. Medical history: The patient was prescribed carbamazepine 18 months ago, but the pain has worsened. Radiological investigation: Β Repeat constructive interference in steady-state MRI revealed a slightly expanded Meckelβs cave (MC) on the left side (Cover image) with a diameter of 11 Γ 11 mm compared to that on the right side (6 Γ 7 mm).
