Bezoars are entities found in the gastrointestinal tract due to the ingestion of foreign materials like fibers or hair. These are concretions of hair that are unusual but found in young females with psychiatric and behavioral illnesses who present with trichophagia. We bring you an interesting case report describing a rare gastrointestinal mass. Case presentation An 18-year-old-female presents with epigastric pain for six months, progressive loss of appetite for four months, and history of trichophagia. On examination General appearance – Pale Abdominal examination – Hard intrabdominal lump of 8 x 10 cm in the epigastric region Palpation – A large, firm mobile mass.
