The following investigations were done: USG: adenoma both lobes of thyroid. T3: 146 ng/dl. T4: 8.37ug/dl. TSH: 0.866 uIu/ml and repeat TSH: 0.491uIU/ml. FT3:309 pg/dl.

FT4:1.09 ng/dl. Blood urea: 12.6 mg/dl. S.creat: 0.6mg/dl. Lipid profile: total:187mg/dl;triglycerides:95mg/dl;HDL:39mg/dl;LDL: 129mg/dl;VLDL:19mg/dl; serum TC/HDL:4.8 and LDL/HDL:3.3. What is the possible diagnosis? Is it hypothyroidism? What is the management, investigations and treatment?
