In my experience of 15 years I have noticed one aspect common among majority of our brethrens i.e.accepting orders. Be it in public service or private. We tend to follow orders of superiors or guidelines of MCI or irrational demands of people in administration without a question.

Is my observation limited to our fraternity? Would like to know what others think.
