A Two Year Old Having Fever Since Four Months

A 2 yrs old boy came with c/o fever for 4 months off and on with 3-4 days gap. No rash no joint pain,no lymphadenopathy, pallor present.Fever is of a high grade no a/c chills and rigors which come two three times in a day. It is a suspected case of PUO.
