Respiratory - cough + Vitals : The patient's height is 159.7 cms, weight is 47 kgs, temperature is 99.7, pulse is 130, blood pressure is 98 / 64, SaO2 is 98, BMI is 18.4. Physical Exam : CVS Examination-rhythm is regular. Heart auscultation reveals S1, S2 of normal intensity.
