A 20-year old man presented with cough and lower back pain. He had no history of tobacco use. He had lost 11.3 kg of weight and had developed hemoptysis. Chest radiography was done, which showed opacification of the right lung. Initially, the patient was diagnosed with pneumonia and was given antibiotics. However, the patient showed no improvement.
Tomography revealed a mass of 7×7×8 cm in this superior right hilum. Placement of right bronchial stent and biopsy of mediastinal mass were performed.
