A 19-year-old girl suffering with progressive tiredness, weight loss and lethargy from 18-month. One year ago she had a common cold which laid her to stay home for 2 days. Three months ago, again due to common cold she stayed away from her lectures for almost 2 weeks, during which time she lost 3 kg in weight. On examination, she noticed darker skin than her mother and pigmented palmar creases.
