Hello everyone, A 40-year-old G4P3A0 all issue FTNVD last delivery 10 years back posted for elective LSCS due to obstructed labour. All investigations normal. HB was 10.9 gm%. Uterus was closed in two layers.but there was oozing from where the sutures were taken..which was not stopped by any measure.
Finally by lots of efforts the oozing was decreased to a great extent. What measures can be taken to decrease oozing. Can an abdominal brain be inserted in such case, so that we came to know if there is much bleeding and we can take active intervention.
