A female patient aged 61 suddenly developed abdominal pain, USG abdomen showed a mass on left kidney , subsequently, CT abdo and CT chest were done which showed mass on the upper pole of left kidney size around 7 cm and lower line lung infiltrates. Some doctors are in favour of nephrectomy some not.
