I have a Patient aged 66 years. He is having hypertension from last 20 years. He had DOE in 2000 and he was advised CAG which was done. The report showed that RCA was slightly blocked at the distal end and the rest of the arteries were normal.

LCA was clear  Patient is taking Atenolol and Atorvastatin 10 mg  and Asprin 75 mg  since then from the last 15 years. His Ecg .lipid profile. Blood pressure and blood sugar levels are normal. My question is whether he continue the Atorvastatin or not?
