This is a 20 month old male baby born by LSCS, with good APGARS and normal milestones till 1 year of life. He had not had any seizures or meningitis. Mother was concerned, as she thought that the child was walking not steadily. Though the clip shows the child walking with support, he can actually walk without support too, but with the same gait. There is no evidence of any other limb abnormality. X Ray wrist appears normal.
Examination of the lower limbs showed normal tone, power and DTR. Hip joint was stable although a hip scan has`not been done so far. Please comment on this gait. Is this normal? If not, how shall we proceed?
