Recently a male patient of 52 years with history of abnormal behaviour for the past two months and treated by a  Senior Psychiatrist trained in NIMHANS, where I was  a DPM student in 1978, as a case of Psychiatric illness. Patient when brought to the hospital where I am working with additional difficulty in using  right upper limb recently was ordered MRI Brain by the resident doctor. The report of the MRI Brain is as follows.The picture is loaded for analysis. Possible 1. Infiltration glioblastoma,2.Primary CNS Lymphoma,3.Metastasis.

The patient is referred to Neuro Surgeon for further management. The patient already had an amputation of  left below knee. This case brings to light an important  event when I was a Junior Resident in Psychiatry as DPM student at NIMHANS in 1978.
